LENEGAR Rosalie O. Lenegar, age 88, of Columbus, formerly of Sunbury, passed away to be with her Lord on Friday, July 15, 2005 at the Columbus Alzheimer's Care Center.
She was born on February 11, 1917 in Beaver, OH to the late Daniel H. and Lilly (Crabtree) Butler.
She moved to the Sunbury area in 1966 from Kenosha, WI.
A homemaker, member of the Walnut Creek Baptist Church, she was active in church work, enjoyed gardening and her family.
She is survived by daughters, Nancy (Lloyd) Sorrell of Amissville, VA, Mary Kajac of Delaware, Kathy (Don) Mason of Worthington; sons, Rev. John R. (Joan) Lenegar of Columbus, Daniel W. (Sandra) Lenegar of Kenosha, WI, 8 grandchildren, Jennifer, Cindy, Debbie, Lisa, Mike, Danny, Matthew, and Mark; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister, Edith Wells of Stockdale, OH.
Preceded in death by husband of 50 years Francis L. in 1988, brothers Edward, Lee, and Henry Butler, sisters Bea McGlothlin and Mildred Green.
