The first volleyball team was organized during the 1975 - 1976 school year.  Mrs. Diana Fraunfelter was the coach of the team. 

Volleyball teams were being created throughout Scioto County during this time.

Karen Miller took over as coach in 1976.  She continued to coach the team until 1999.
